Black Project ships orders from Maui, Hawaii, USA to destinations in the United States and internationally.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, remote locations, or other circumstances outside Black Project’s reasonable control.

12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Please retain damaged products and packaging until we advise you that they are no longer required for the claim.

15. WARRANTY

Eligible Black Project paddles, fins, bags, and other products are covered by our applicable product warranty.

Our current 2-Year Warranty provides coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions, conditions, and claim procedures described in the Warranty Policy.

Depending on the product and circumstances, an approved warranty claim may result in repair, replacement of the affected component, replacement of the product, or another appropriate solution.

Normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, impact damage, improper care, unauthorized modification, and other exclusions described in the Warranty Policy are not manufacturing defects.

Nothing in our warranty limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. SPECIALS, DEMO, IRREGULAR AND CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

Black Project may occasionally sell demo products, cosmetic irregulars, previous-generation products, mixed-year products, clearance items, or other specially priced products.

Where a product is identified as a demo, irregular, mixed-year, clearance, or similar item, the customer acknowledges the condition or characteristics disclosed in the product description before purchase.

Cosmetic irregularities or other characteristics specifically disclosed before purchase are not considered manufacturing defects solely because of the disclosed condition.

Any applicable warranty or return restrictions for such products will be disclosed on the relevant product page or at the time of purchase.

17. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Standup paddleboarding, surfing, foiling, racing, and other watersports involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for using Black Project products appropriately, maintaining their equipment, assessing conditions, following applicable laws and safety guidance, and using appropriate safety equipment.

Black Project products should be inspected before use and should not be used if damaged or if their condition may make use unsafe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Black Project website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, product information, logos, trademarks, designs, illustrations, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Black Project unless otherwise stated.
