The Flow thruster fins were designed to deliver fast and flowing turns.     Having tried the Bernd and Zane fins in thruster setups on my 7’6″ JP surf, the Bernd fins work better for more flowing turns and drive on bigger waves: head high to overhead while the Zane fins work better for throwing tight top turns and cutbacks in a wider range of wave sizes. I’m glad I have both at my disposal depending on surf conditions. Thanks Black Project for producing great hi performance sup surf fins!

    What lovely fins! Took it out to my perfect local point break and rides those open faces like a dream. I am 200lbs on a 90L starboard 7’7 x 27″ and makes that board alive, so carvy and holds those walls , oooweeeeee!
    Now I need a future fin set for my Infinity Bline 7’10 x 27″ 85L 🙂

    I just recently purchased the Large size Bernd surf fins and and they are incredible. I have always been told that find make a huge difference but I’ve never really noticed. These are the first set of fins that have made a noticeable difference. I have used the Futures Colin Mcphillips, the Gerry Lopez fins, and the generic futures fins. I am 6’5” and weigh 235lbs and I ride a custom Hobie 8’8”x30”x4.3” SUP that is shaped like an Infinity RNB model. These are the only fins that have been able to hold when I am putting the board on rail through round house turns. The drive off the bottom when bottom turning is incredible. They help maintain speed and give me 100% confidence when pushing the board to its limits. Thank you for making such a great fin! I highly recommend that anyone looking for one set of fins to carry them through all styles of SUP surf boards and conditions try these out!

    By far the best fins set up I have on my 7’7×27 Starboard pro. It allows me to bring out the full potential of my board. Generates speed down the line and makes for smooth round house cut backs. No other fins can’t compete.
