We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new paddle and fin(s). If something goes wrong we are here to help resolve any issues in a fast and effective manner.

What if my paddle or fin arrives damaged / faulty?

Contact us immediately.

If you believe that damage occurred during shipping, please take pictures of the shipping packaging and item(s), this will help us identify how the problem was caused. Once you have contacted us and sent pictures you may well be able to continue using the product until a solution or replacement is arranged.

If you believe that your paddle or fin is faulty please take pictures and contact us.

What if the wrong item(s) is received?

If there is an error with your shipment, please contact us and we will put it right.

What if I have changed my mind?

Paddles are custom built to your order specifications and are extremely costly to ship, hence we cannot accept returns like you would with e.g. a large clothing retailer. If you have an issue, for example you think you need a different size etc. please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you want to return a fin or adjustable paddle please contact us to discuss, it may be that we can resolve any issues.
